Group workshops. Don’t like working alone? Then the group workshop might just be the best option for you. This is where we get a number of small businesses in a room and spend the day together running through the process of creating a strategy document and what is involved. Each business will work on their individual business and will come out with the tools to create their strategy document. All businesses are encouraged to complete any part of the document that they were unable to complete in the workshop and send it in to us to review and provide feedback.
